General Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kediritot ("Platform", "We", "Company"). It governs your use of the kediritot.net website and all services offered therein.

User Conduct

• The kediritot name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of trademark law.

Liability Limits

Kediritot provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. We will make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability.

• Kediritot will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The maximum liability claim against kediritot shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure and Suspension

Kediritot reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time with or without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these terms have been violated.

• Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation will not receive any refund for remaining balances or losses.
• In cases of closure not involving a terms violation, any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method within the specified timeframe.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court at the sole discretion of kediritot.
